System 1 - CSM Sage SOP Suite
- Create Sage Line 50 SOP's on handheld scanner
- Download all Sage Clients and Products
- Select Client for Order from list
- Use either built in Barcode reader to select items for order or search using Product list
- Edit Stock Prices on Order
- View currently held Orders on Hanheld
- Use Infrared printer to generate Invoice directly from Scanner
- Use Wireless or Docking Station to transfer data between handheld and desktop
- Scanning System Companion sits on users desktop providing transfer with Sage Line 50
System 2 - CSM Mobile Sales Suite
- Provides Integration between handheld scanner and CSM Plus
- Download All Customers / Products from CSM Plus onto Scanner
- Add New Customers onto scanner
- Create Orders on Scanner and Upload into CSM Plus Open Orders section where Products can be assigned or Purchase Orders created
- Orders can be generated using the built in Barcode scanner or product selection from stock list
- View all Orders currently held on scanner
- Stock Take section provides access to all CSM Plus products Stock levels
- Scan an item and add the actual level of Stock, when synchronised with CSM Plus update all existing Stock levels with those recorded on Scanner
